Restaurant is good, best steaks in town. Hotel rooms are a bit old, but clean. Service is good.

Very nice hotel facility, personal was nice and helpful, breakfast was rich and room is not big, but nice and cozy. Parking available either next to hotel or under the hotel with direct access from elevators.

I bought a room here earlier in the day. We went out for some drinks and upon returning, the man working the desk would not let us come in. He told us that we didn't belong there and to leave. I tried to walk past him into the elevator to go to our room and he put his hands on me forcibly telling us to leave. It was only after he saw my room card case that he apologised and told us he just assumed we were just here to use the restroom. Never once did he even try to find out if I had a room. I was a paying customer and that type of behavior from a host is unacceptable. I would not recommend.

Pentahotel trier was fabulous. Beautiful design, clean tidy but basic room and extremely friendly staff. Very relaxed atmosphere and wonderful food. Would definitely use again.
