Unfriendly staff on the phone, no precise offer, lease price has been corrected several times afterwards; Vehicle did not correspond to the expected condition, minimum tyre tread, partly extremely dirty, and flat battery after a short time; Other "luxury rental car companies" will do it definitely better by far.
