Couldn't go in during oktoberfest!
I was with 5 friends, it was around 22pm and we walked by the hard rock cafe. We thought it would be a great moment to enjoy a fabulous hamburger, but as soon as the security guard saw a glass of beer (pretty normal stuff during those days) he wouldn't let us in. Still cannot understand this decision.

The cafe was amazing. The decor of the place is simply amazing. The music of the place adds a lot of fun to the place. Now we'll talk about the food, I ordered a hamburger and my wife ordered salmon, the two dishes were large and tasty, then for dessert we had an excellent cheesecake. The food was excellent, we enjoyed every minute. We recommend that everyone in the area come and enjoy a fun evening of good music and fine food, and we will definitely return again!

The Hard Rock Cafe is one of my favorite American Grills, and this one in Munich was no disappointment. It was small, compared to many I've been too, but the same friendly atmosphere, multilingual service staff, and excellent American style food. You can't go wrong here.

I have always loved the Hard Rock Cafe chain. Munich was no exception. Brilliant cocktails. Amazing food. Electric atmosphere.
Then they place GnR and my heart truly melts. I'm one happy patron.

There's only one reason why I'm giving no more than three stars. First off the service was great, our server was very polite and attentive. The bad experience we had was the food, both my with and I ordered a New York strip medium rare with fries and the steak was so tough that my wife had to ask me if I could cut up her steak because her hands started hurting. I'll have to come again and try the same dish to see if it was just a bad day for the kitchen staff but based on that I wouldn't want another steak from here ever again.
Other than that the place was amazing, great music, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I would recommend I just wouldn't recommend the steaks.
