Root service. The standard is lower than other Merure hotels eg. Stuttgart.

The hotel is located quite close to city centre, just 11mins walk or one tram stop from the Hauptbahnhof. On arrival, the reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms are on five floors and we were booked in to one of the three penthouse rooms. Designated a "superior" by Mercure, the room has large floor-to-ceiling windows and the light is accentuated further by the predominantly white decor. Two French windows in the bedroom and one in the bathroom give direct access to the roof terrace (shared with the other two penthouses). Room facilities were as described on the booking website. The bathroom was large but lacked shelving or towel rails. Standards for housekeeping were good. Overall, the feeling is more "boutique" than "chain".

Very stylish and modern Hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms with coffemaker. Hotel ist pretty Central near Mainstation, city and zoo
