We visited Elbperle for a lunch, ordered 2 spanish Flammkuchen and then waited 40 MINUTES to have it served. And the restaurant wasn't even full. The serano ham on top was tasty, but the crust was super dry and lacked some sauce on top. I will not come here again.

Good tapas and regular attention. It's close to the fish market which is ice and is a good option after a walk along the riverside.
