I like this restaurant, been there 3 times in the past 2 months. However I have to mention some of the problems that I've encountered there. First time my friend got the wrong dish, second time I got the wrong dish, after questioning them, they said no it's correct, then I asked another waitress, she said she will ask for me in the kitchen, but didn't come back, before paying I asked her again, she said oh yeah she asked, they didn't have what I ordered anymore so they just gave me something else instead. (I ordered the Steak with Tomato-Kaseri sauce, instead got steak with mushrooms). Third time I had the fish, 2 pieces, the first piece was perfect, crispy, tasted amazing, surprisingly the second piece tasted like old fish and was very oily.
I would also stick to beer or soda since the wine there doesn't taste good.
If you want to sit outside in summer then you have to reserve a table at least a couple of days in advance.
The service is fast and the staff is friendly.

Charming restaurant with lovely original greek specialities. The warm atmosphere and the interior puts you in a holiday mood.

Being a greek I am very demanding when it comes to greek restaurants. I have been to a few other greek restaurants in Frankfurt but Omonia is the only real traditional greek resturant you can find. The rest are either bad quality or "Modern greek" which is not traditional greek. So I fully recomend it.
Also, being run by a familly, it allways gives you a warm welcome!
