Nice prices, bad attitude. They agreed to cover a repair cost, but when I let them know how much it was, they never got back to me. I wrote them at least 4 times. No reply. Happy with my bike, not happy with them.

When i read reviews about shop i had afraid, but i have very good experience with my order from this shop. I ordered skis and binding on monday evening with requirement to mountage and today (wednesday) skis came and everything is ok, ... when i wrote to contact respond take half of day but delivery from Germany to Slovakia 1,5 days (include mountage binding to skis...) it´s for me really positive surprise. Thanks, BIKER-BOARDER

Bought a Cube bike online, the delivery was slow, almost 2 weeks. The bike was preassembled and packaged OK. The big problem is that before I owned the bike for 2 months, the freehub broke. Biker-boarder does not answer emails, so I had to call them. They promised an answer in 24 hours. It took them closer to 100 hours, after I sent them 4 emails and pictures and videos. They blame me for breaking the free hub and refuse to answer any of my questions, like why would it break before 2 months and how can the rider break it. They refuse to honor the 2 year guarantee. On the forums i asked around and they said that Cube has really weak free hubs, and often they change it before releasing the bike to customer. Mine was original and it broke. Biker--boarder does not honor warranty, has terrible customer and slow service and delivery. Avoid if possible.

Well when i read the reviews i was a little afraid about my order but everything went well i received my snowboard gloves exactly as i ordered also haven't got any problems with contact to explain transaction details.

Despite all the complaints on Google, I can't complain. Ordered a BMC at a much cheaper price than in Switzerland (Ironic since it is a Swiss brand), arrived quickly and safely through UPS. One of my crank arms was not functioning properly, customer service was great to sort this out. I would recommend this store...
