Easy way to get up the hill to the castle. Watch for people not waiting for those getting off at s stop conductor will not wait for your whole party to get off. We were separated and had to wait for them to return on the next train. Fortunately there are only w stops

Lovely mountain railway. Not a very long ride but it's surprising how high the train takes you when you get to the top. Great views over the Rhine

At 8 euros one way or 10 round trip it's not particularly cheap but it's well worth it. Definitely ride to the top: there's a spectacular view and terrace restaurant hangout. If you're on a budget or just like fresh air, walk down through the forest. It's maybe 20 minutes maximum and there are plenty of attractions -- like a wine bar, and odd buildings -- to keep you interested. Or bring a picnic!

Small and cute. Definitely worth stopping by. Entrance fee wasn't much. A light hike up the mountain was delightful
