Great value for your money! Nice room, cosy bed and very clean. Ideally located close to Checkpoint Charly and the government buildings. Bus stop nearby, bus takes about 15min to Central Station.

My boyfriend recently booked a room for us, but he accidentally booked it for a month in advance instead of the correct days. Yes, this was his mistake. However, we called the hotel within less than an hour of booking and explained the mistake. We did not ask to cancel, asked if it would be possible to re-book with them for the correct weekend, and we were prepared to pay a fee for our mistake. The booking is over a month away, so it is not that they would have had no one to take our place. However, they demanded a 100% cancellation fee even after we explained the situation. This is a cold, money-grubbing, customer-service less hotel. I would avoid it at all costs.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and very hard. The pillows were huge and unformable. The room was very warm, because the window had been closed all day. No way to circulate the air. The room was facing a larger road, which made it difficult to sleep due to traffic noise.
