Tom and Basel is a real Kosheri Chain that is very popular with the locals. The Pasta dish is veggie friendly and the hot sauce and the liquid garlic make a great topping. If in Cairo and you want some “true” local food, this is not to be missed.

The workers aren't patient at all, the delivery arrives late. Seriously this has to change other wise.
