Every morning I wake up with new bites of ants on my body. You ask what ants? I will answer - those ants which are in the bed, in the wordrobe, in the shower, on the towels, everywhere. To be honest, the body hurts a lot at the place where they bite. Their poison is allergic as well.
So what happens? I tell the administator about the situation, ask for a new room. She refused to change the room but offered to spray it against ants. She said that like it was something very regular for her to hear about. No apologies, no nothing. In 6 hours after this empty promise, noone came to clean and to spray the room. I had to go to the reception again and to explane the same things over again to another person. Finally, by the late evening everything was done. Did this spray help? No. Ants are still in the bed. Plus a terrible smell after spraying.
So what can Veronica give you? Low service, no appologies, high prices, expensive medical treatment on you, bad attitude from the staff, but free WIFI :))
Look for a better hotel. Veronica should not have 3 stars. Maximum 1.

Very nice and a quiet place. The food is good especially fried potatoes, fish and some other breaded seafood. Breakfast and dinner are inside and lunch is in the fresh air by the pool. The rooms are quite spacious but you have to pay extra fees for a fridge. Our room was cleaned for 4-5 times during 9 days. So I liked almost everything about Veronica. P.S. Please don't tease the red and white cat in the lobby it may scratch you!
