I would give 0 stars if i could. been living in the area for 5 years. don't think they've ever gotten an order right. tonight they tried to double charge me for half my meal after they didn't include it when they gave it to me. then expected me to pay for it again! after I told them i wasn't going to charge my card again. she gave me the bag of missing food from beside her that was there the whole time!
this place needs new staff and a new manager

Service here has its ups and downs. I cannot speak for the accuracy of the drive through, but counter service has only disappointed me once, selling a burger with a cold patty, but they fixed that right away. I noticed the staff are really nice to children.

When I go to get a couple value menu items, it's to have something to hold me over while I'm busy until my next meal. Not to have a stomach ache for the next 6 hours and be forced to forego said next meal. Never coming back to this dump again. Shame since I'll be working in the area for the next 3 years.

Uhg just got a big bacon with a surprise, a group of 10-15 long black hairs all tied together. GROSS!! I went back and got one nice lady then 2 older ladies with hair nets which then when on to tell me that the hair in my burger was white? And not there's.. etc etc.. common ladies this was ridiculous! The service at this location already stinks, most of the staff barely speak English and are often rude. This was it for me, I've been going there for many years but this was the last. Someone needs to retrain these ladies on food safety and customer service. Who owns this location, it STINKS!

HORRIBLE service and ALWAYS crappy food.
I always wanted to give food back so I did this time to get money back.
Took too long to serve me and get the money back and they gave me "All LOONIES" for $10.50.
" Didn't I give you A $10 bill and 2 quarters????"
This location is the one on my way home, so I go there but I will stop going to this location cuz every time I get poor service and food.
And seems like they don't want customer's feed back.
They just give you ALL Loonies which shows "F**k you" to a customer.
