Not rating the store, as I never set foot there. I called their Call Center (the phone number above) because apparently my local Pizza Hut is closed today due to some emergency (I was just there 2 days ago), and she told me with a very robotic voice that none of the other stores deliver to the Fraser area. I'm upset for 1) The way she communicated this to me 2) The fact they can't make an exception and expand their delivery service to cover for the store that's having issues...

We ordered a pizza at 520 and its 715 and its still not here. Called three times, told an hour ago the driver was on his way, then they saif theyre gonna call the driver and call

Our Hawaiin pizza came without ham ? How do you forget to put ham on a Hawaiian pizza. this place really needs help. they were nice and offered a second pizza on the delivery just hope it's not pissed on.

Very bad service as well as product. How can a pizza be over cooked and under cooked at the same time? Toppings were not fresh at all.
