Spent 30 bucks on delivery at midnight and they didn't even send me what I ordered so I called back and he wouldn't even send my correct order cuz they closed in 20 mins. I'll never go to the chain again

I would love to once again try their pizza. I tried grabbing a slice on the way home 2 years ago but the only server was having a wonderful chat on his cell, a year ago I figured I would try again but same guy on a cell phone ignoring me and tonight there was multiple servers but no discernible queue and people were being served in random order. I am a forgiving person, I will try again on 2018.
I would love to once again try their pizza. Honestly, I never write bad reviews but this time I am so pissed off at the waitress and the entire staff that I have to let you know about my experience. I used to go to have pizza there on a regular basis but the quality and taste of the pizza constantly declined. This time they forgot about our food, didn't apologize and just left us hanging. People around us arrived later and had their food before us. Not cool. Mistakes can happen but they handled this very unprofessionally. The pizza is super bad and the price doesn't justify the quality anymore. The taste was not used to be like 6 months ago.That place is slowly going down, mark my words.... No chance going there again!

First of all, great pizza! It's at a reasonable price and always very fresh and tasty. It's convenient as it's right by the skytrain and when you need something quick. The employees are all very friendly and have great customer service! Never had a complaint. It's quite busy most of the time when i come by there but I can see the place is under great management and is one of my favourites for a quick bite.
