Very close to the harbour and on the edge of the business district for downtown Vancouver. Distance from all the shops is about a 5-10 minute walk. They occasionally offer a ride to certain destination that work off of top and not required payments. Overall it was a very good hotel with a good workout and pool area.

Great location and views. The service was generally okay. But a few issues turned me away from going back to this hotel. First, the WiFi was so poor that I couldn't do much. Forget about YouTube and video chats. Even checking emails would fail from time to time. Second, the carpet in my room looked old and dirty. The couch had a blotch of stain from unknown fluid and I dared not sit on it. Third, on their website, they had the free bike rental service (as of Nov 2017). But the front desk told me that they had stopped offering this for almost a year. Finally, the swimming pool was not half as spacious and bright as appeared on their website.

I stayed in a decent room with a stunning view. It’s a bit dated but it has a comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic - ideal for exploring Vancouver!

Good service! Check-in was fast. They help with the luggage too if you want.
We booked Harbour front view room and it was great but I expected more. The view had other buildings in between which kinda ruined my view!
Also when we booked the hotel and picked hop off hop on bus tickets, it clearly said that you will get tickets for the 2 days you are staying. But it actually was only for 24 hours whenever you start it. I thought they would honor what we read but they didn’t. They should fix the wording on their website.
I think I will not stay here again. For the price, I don’t think it’s worth it.

Went for labour day long weekend 2017 and stayed here. Everything about this place is great. Service and Experience were top notch. The location is amazing and very close to amazing restaurants, shopping and the ocean. I will definitely stay here with my family again next time we go to Vancouver.
