I have been going to Ritual Spa for over a decade. There are many services that you can get anywhere but there are some that you just can’t risk or replace and I wouldn’t go anywhere else other than Ritual for many of them. They are fast, efficient, kind and diligent. Recently I went to Vivian, Rose and Jacklynne and was very impressed. They are experts in their fields and very energetic and pleasant. The owner Maria has great attention to detail. Many thanks.

Got a lash lift done here by Angela. Very nice girl however I would not return. Glue was dropped onto my hair and nothing was said to me, leaving me with white, dried up glue in my hair once I had left. (I understand that mistakes happen, but I would have appreciated it if she had let me know so I wouldn't walk out with white strands of hair on my head) On top of that, 1/3rd of my lashes were not lifted and some of them criss crossed which just doesn't make it worth the $60 I paid. Two stars because the girl was very friendly and although the lift did not look the best, it lasted for quite some time

Seemingly great place until you cancel an appointment made the same day. They really hold a grudge! Expect to pay for all your services upfront and by phone as you make your next appointments.

I was hosting a bachelorette party and had the bride get her hair and makeup done here. Firstly, JR was amazing! The makeup came out flawlessly! She was also wonderful to be around! Hair was done by Stuart! He did such a wonderful job and took the time to make sure the tiara was secured tightly! You could tell he loved his job! Overall, wonderful experience! Definitely worth the money!

Had my hair done by Francine.
Cut, full colour, highlights and blow dry. I loved it all! So talented and such friendly people working there! I will get my hair done by Francine again :)
