Love their service! Had a nail trim & partial cut. It was perfect and fast. No nips to the pooch. Very friendly service.

Not happy with the trim that my dog received. We spoke to the groomer and explained we wanted half an inch off around his eyes so he could see better. He asked me. “This much” and like a barber showed a small length of hair to cut. I said yes. When I got my dog back it was much much shorter than shown and not what I wanted at all.

Yes, they got cool accessories and good choice of natural dog food brands. But OMG we got a bad haircut. I cried in the car after I saw the cut. There was no attention to detail, just a trimmer. His hair were cut so short on his face that a cute dog was turned into Alf the alien. We will come back for accessories, but not for grooming.

I would definitely return. I bought a dog carrier on Sunday. The products are great quality and the customer service is amazing!

A nice shop with great selection. The grooming service is not the best around however... they do not listen to what the client wants, make the dog wait and over charge. I was impressed by one of the groomers, however the second one did such a bad job that I have since looked for a new groomer. This place insisted on shaving my double coated dog despite my constant requests to not.
