Do not use the grooming service at the 22 Bathurst location. The groomer lies and is only concerned with how much money she can make. She cancelled my appointment 1 hour prior to saying it takes too long to groom my dog and that she can groom 2 dogs in the amount of time it's take to groom my dog . If I wanted to book another appointment I would have to pay a handling charge. She couldn't even remember that she booked the time if the appointment. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars.

READ the FINE PRINT - this store doesn't do refund even when they sold you an expired product a minute ago. Triple check what you are buying

I dropped my dog off for a grooming. He waited for four hours only for the groomer to tell me that she did not have time to cut him and to come pick him up. She could have told me before I took off work to drop him off.
Poor pooch had to sit in a cage for four hours for nothing.

I contacted them inquiring about pet grooming services and haven't heard back from them for a few days so I decided to visit the store in person. The cashier was facing the door but was clearly too busy having a conversation with a dog owner while he was clipping the dog's nails did not even acknowledge me when I walked in. After having walked around the store 4 times waiting for service, still nothing. I approached the cash register twice only to be ignored until I walked out. Horrible customer service!

Good services, decent selection. But if you are looking for more variety of products, other big name pet stores should be your go-to.
