Very kind, and helpful staff. My boy was really scared and they were so calm, caring, and kind. Walked me through all my questions. So glad they are here for my children.

I use to have one very shy, scared little 3 year old who wouldn't even open her mouth up for our family dentist, so we decided to take her to a more kid friendly place, which ended up being children's dental world. From the moment we walked in till the moment we left she loved it! She has been back for dental work and every time has enjoyed her experience even when some of the appointments were more work then she would have liked. They make sure she's comfortable, happy and enjoying her visit. We have never left with her scared to come back and after today she said she was excited to come back for her last filling. My son was so jealous when she had her first visit, he insisted he gets to go as well :). I only wish this place existed when I was a kid.
Thanks to everyone at Children's Dental World you guys rock!

I just wanted to share my experience. It has been something that had not only been troubling for my son, but myself as well. I had taken my son there for an abscess and the care was great for the first visit. They brought it to my attention the tooth needed to be extracted and it could not wait. They brought it to my attention that they usually use gas but it was not covered, so I told them I would get back to them after I did some research on the benefits. I called them and told them I'd pay, I even called the morning of the appointment explaining I wanted my son to have the gas. I did not care what the expense was. They took us to the room where they did the procedure. They wrapped my son in a blanket board so he could not move. They started to freeze my son with the needle and explained they needed to take the tooth next to the bad tooth. I agreed because they are the professionals. When the dentist then began to take the tooth out I started to freak out because they did not give him the gas yet, she then continued and had removed the next one. I was so upset and crying explaining I asked for the gas, when she said he wouldn't know how to use the gas. They should have explained that prior and not have given me the option. To this day just about two years later my son is still traumatized and freaks out when we pass the Children's Dental Clinc, and it still weighs heavy on my heart that I'd let such a thing happen to my baby, I thought they specialized in Children.
