I drifted away as a caterpillar, and came flying out of the tank a butterfly. Not only was my skin rejuvenation from all the Empson salts, but it also helped recalibrate my biological clock and my insomnia floated away. Anxiety was lifted, my thoughts became clearer, it was like a new soul took over and the words flowed out of me. It helped me become a master at meditation, teaching me the ways of calming the mind for long periods of time. All I can say is—thanks guys!

I just love these guys! They have such a calming, relaxing atmosphere, and both Matthew and Lance are just awesome, welcoming guys. I'm always made to feel welcome and like I'm a part of a community here.
The float itself is amazing. Such a great way to take a break from it all, disconnect, and de-stress. As an added bonus, they have Wild Brew Kombucha on tap! If you haven't floated before, I highly highly recommend you try it! And I couldn't think of a better place to try it, than the Float Shack!

I was a bit nervous my first time, and it is a learning experience to get comfortable, but once I got comfortable I really enjoyed it. My second float, Lance took the time to chat with me about how to improve my float experience, and I just really appreciated that. I love the atmosphere, it's a beautiful lounge they have, and a lovely view of the river and the sunset in the evening!

I have tried multiple times to use my complimentary float, which I purchased in a coupon book. My availability is poor, due to the fact I work full-time as well as go to school for nursing full time. Each time I call to book, in my experience, the phone is not answered and when I do get through they tell me the day is no good. Last time I attempted to book in, They told me that you could not book a free float on the weekend. Okay, So when I called today, I spoke with the OWNER, I was told you are not able to book a float on a Friday... I am rather confused, seeing as they had 4 open float time for tomorrow and last time I called, It was only the weekend. Now It is only Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Fine. BUT if you don't want to give out free floats, Don't put a FREE float coupon in a coupon book. ALSO THE MANAGER/OWNER IS A REAL JERK.. ZERO customer service skills. He saves floats for "Chronic pain" customers first and if I was paying, I could float tomorrow. But I am a cancer survivor and Fractured my T12, and COULD HAVE become a RETURNING REGULAR CUSTOMER! But since the lack of care and quality in their work, I WILL NOT be supporting the float shack. Learn how to run a business and if you are just looking for free advertisement, DON'T USE THE PAID COUPON BOOK!
