If I could give zero stars I would. I had an $85.00 pre-op appointment which went well. After my surgery I booked my first appointment for Saturday at 11am. Their office is open 9-2pm Saturdays. I showed up for my appointment and the office was closed. I never received a cancellation phone call. I was left with no physio and have to find another physiotherapy clinic that I am comfortable with when I should already be in recovery. They obviously do not care about patient care. Take your business elsewhere.

Not a very efficient with insurance billing, says right on consent that they can bill according to a set up plan with patient whether they will bill end of week but admin assistant said the big boss needed people to pay up front every visit, why not wait until 6 sessions are done easier to submit all in one invoice, so not attending to customer needs and service.
Very disappointed with one physiotherapist, first a language barrier and second his physio tactics are brutal and very invasive , I left with some bruises on my back, would not recommend this physiotherapist.
