I recently had the pleasure of visiting "Britannia Dermedics" with a Great staff and a beautiful professional atmosphere.
I was referred to Britannia by Femeena who also works there. She suggested I try a new type of treatment called Venus-Viva, I was a bit reluctant as I have tried so many different procedures in the past, but I was also motivated as it claimed to have promising results based on my condition.
I was hopeful, and to be perfectly honest at the age of 47, I’ve been suffering with deep Pitt’s & Scar’s all as a result of many years of acne. It truly has been debilitating, embarrassing & depressing for me.
In addition to this, mine were very prominently focused on both my cheeks and I always felt as though no one truly ever saw Me but rather only my facial Scars.
My initial consult and treatment(s) were with Tamara and I must say the results are truly amazing. She is very profession, caring and informative.
The procedure is a bit uncomfortable but Tamara really tries her best to make you as comfortable as possible. There is about a 3-5 day recovery time per treatment (Similar to a Sunburn) but I have to be honest and say; This procedure is worth it!
After only 2 treatments I have already become more confident and feel I have a brighter future ahead of Me again.
My Deepest and Most heartfelt thanks go out to Tamara & Femeena, They have changed my life in more ways then they will ever truly know.

I had a service done to diminish age spots and sun damage on my face, which I had previously done on my hands with success. I had 2 treatments. After the first treatment I expressed my disappointment at how there was no evidence of the treatment the day I received it nor in the days following. I asked during the 2nd treatment if she could pay special attention to the areas of concern again (particularly the right side of my face). For some reason, absolutely no result even after she had said she would go at it more aggressively. She said to wait a while and over time it may fade. Nothing happened. I went in and spoke to the receptionist and expressed my disappointment. She made an appointment in a few days for me to see another technician. I came in and she pulled up my photos to see if there was any difference from any "before" shots from my previous appointments, of which there were many. For some reason all of the photos of the right side of my face had vanished. Nothing at all of the side of my face I was most concerned about. (The technician who did the 2 treatments did not take photos of before and after, which if she did would have proved my case).
I was then asked if I wore sunscreen, which in itself was insulting. They obviously did not want to take responsibility. The 2nd tech said she would talk to the owners and get back to me. Over a week passed, no one got back to me! I had to call them. The receptionist said they were not willing to do anything about it and suggested I waited to long (which I did not, I waited the time suggested by the tech to see if any fading occurred.) The owner did not even call me herself, no apology either, just "no" we are not going to make this right for you. Terrible customer service for a someone who has been a client since the Britannia Dermedics opened! I am now going somewhere else.

I had an amazing experience right from the phone call to the service and exit. The team is so patient knowledgeable professional and honest. They are very educated and friendly and will go the extra mile to find out help out. An amazing exceptional experience and the team is what makes it the place that it is!

I have always struggled with sensitive, oily and problematic skin. Tamara at Britannia Dermedics developed an awesome skin care plan for me that is the first thing to really help! The treatments, laser gensis and peels combined with their quality skin care products finally helped calm, clear and heal my skin. Not only has my skin cleared but all my old scars have been totally erased! I finally feel confident in my skin, without make up again. Britannia Dermedics is also a gorgeous clinic, it is always spotless and calming. Cindy at the front desk is so nice, helpful and welcoming! I definitely would recommend giving Britannia Dermedics a try to bring a healthy glow to your skin!
