This place is not a mall, there is a coffee shop at this location. The main businesses here are Service Canada and Alberta Works along with other professional services.
The public parking lot is tight and rather small for this site. There is a few handicap spots next to the building.

Very good service and not to busy. If you need a passport and are ok with a 20 day delivery this is the place

The building is very nice. Offices look very nice. Though, I wouldn't rent an office here, since guest parking is sometimes (2 out of 4 cases) a challenge.
