Great food. Beautiful atmosphere. Very good service. The staff were very polite, always on hand and when needed and carried themselves very professionally.

The Bamboo Stage which operates out of Tangram is one of the gems of Siem Reap. The shows never fail to deliver an accurate depiction of Angkor History and culture, while doing so in a lively way. The shows are suitable for all ages and all people. The food does not dissapoint, with vegan and vegetarian options, all of high quality locally sourced products. One of the best parts of the experience is the company kept, as the theatre attracts some of the most interesting people that visit Siem Reap.

Beautiful, romantic location: Every table has its own small pagoda. Food and service is perfect.

Really nice atmosphere, you are shown to your own private hut outside surrounded by the sounds of the garden. There were some young puppeteers practicing their trade at the front of the garden which was interesting to listen to. The proprietor came and spoke to us, was really friendly and gave us two books to read on the temples. We had a mixed platter of dishes which I really enjoyed especially the grilled fish.
I wouldn't recommend if you don't like eating outside but a few crickets bouncing around was not too bad for us. Service was okay, the young guy looked a bit confused even when we gave him a tip! Was a real shame we were the only ones there in the evening. We also found it difficult to find.

If you want to take your girl (or boy or whatever) out that's definitely the right place for it. The atmosphere is great. However, the food cannot compete. It's good. But...well...it seems like they adapted it for their Western guests. So the food seems to be less spicy and the shakes are overiced. Nonetheless, worth 4 stars, due to the place. But for eating I would go to another place next time. Not only due to the almost double price compared to others restaurants having same or better food.
