Logistics & Communication:
Kong's communication via Airbnb was very poor. Originally we booked 4 nights across two trips, then needed to change it to a total of three nights. We had made reservation changes 4+ days before our stay, within the terms of his own rules ("flexible"). He sat on the original request for 2-3 days before rejecting it, then we made a new request over 24 hours befo be okay to change it to one day. Sounds fine to me. Almost a week later and the reservation was still not changed nor was a credit provided for the difference. After emailing Kong I was told that my request was "too close". However his rules state changes allowed prior to 24 hours. So we decided to cancel our second stay as we are very uncomfortable with this theft. Not only that, employees of the hotel said the new stay change was fine and he still refuses to refund the funds. Onto the hotel.
Location: The hotel is located about 10 minutes walking from any decent bars, however you may be uncomfortable walking around at night and can take a Tuk Tuk anywhere. We recommend Tuk Tuks with metal screening on the sides to avoid purse snatching and phone snatching from nearby mopeds. Otherwise there is not very much you can walk to nearby. Staff: Staff (except for Kong) were very professional and attentive. English isn't great so keep that in mind. Room: The room is clean and there are a bunch of snacks/minibar choices. The shower we had leaked water across almost the whole bathroom even with the door shut. The AC worked but did not work very well. Facility: There is one elevator and 12 floors, itn be a tad slow. The pool/bar area closes at 10. Pool is fine and they have a small gym at the top as well, there is a small restaurant up top serving drinks and food. However in general we were surprised how few people there were. The place generally felt quite dead.

Oreussey market, one of the most well-known seller-consumer place in Phnom Penh. This market is probably essential to local people than tourists because most shops sell basic need goods rather than souvenirs. It offers variety of good such as fresh meat, poultry, beef, vegetables, clothing, groceries etc. in very reasonable price. Tourists can pay a visit if they wish to see the Cambodian way of life in market place. It opens from 6 am to 5 pm from Monday to Sunday.
