I enjoyed a comfortable stay at the Novotel Sofia. I was greeted at the door by a friendly member of staff that assisted me with my baggage. The check-in process was swift, and the staff were very welcoming. Thank you Leda and Martin !
I was impressed with the stylish layout of the reception and bar area. It is great to find a comfortable and friendly place to rest while travelling on business.

Perfect hotel ! Great staff ( Ivan the diversos, Leda,Iliyana, Polina, Plamen,Sabina, Apóstol,Martín, Rumen from the bar for amazing fresh and Simon and Lili , also thanks to Svilen Who always smile , Niya is also great in her job

Superb rooms and facilities. I had a room in the 11th floor. From the room i had a great view of the tsarigrdsko schosse and the Vitosha mountain.

Great Hotel. Value for Money. Awesome Breakfast. More English speaking channels would be nice.
