Location... Good: As close to Brussels North train station as you can get. Bad: Noisy (trains, cars, etc.) and located on the side of the station that is not the best. Literally the two sides of the station are like night and day. The room was spacious. The Wi-Fi didn't work in my assigned room, but did work in some areas. It was okay, but I wouldn't send a guest here because I think most people have higher expectations.

Very old, staff behavior is not good. WiFi does not work in room. Furniture old , bathroom fittings bare broken.

Not sure why all the bad reviews here. I was hesitantantly booked here out of convenience. It was fairly decent hotel with all amenities one might require.
They accommodated us very well even when we wanted to make such a late checkin at 02:00 in the night. Breakfast was nice as well.

If you enjoy a walk back to your hotel that features public vomiting and people muttering loudly to themselves, this is the hotel for you. Features quick access to the red light distinct and all the police sirens you could ever hope for. Convenient sprinting distance to the Brussels North train station.

We stayed there for 3 nights. It's a simple-3stars hotel that is about 15 minutes away from the grand place. So it's no problem to get to the centre of Brussels by feet. The reception is opened 24h.
