I was just walking in for a consultation but end up having a great first beauty salon experience. My therapist is Lanka. She was extremely professional on suggesting treatment and products. Cant believe i have never been to a beauty therapist but i'm glad my first time was with these ladies! Already rebooked for micro needling in couple of weeks! i cant wait!

I would like to thank everyone at this amazing place I had the best relaxing time during my deluxe hamam, top service they treat you like family. They were ensuring I was comfortable at all times during my treatments. I will be back for sure for more treatments and I will be telling all my friends about it. One more time I would like to say thank you for all the wonderful beauty therapist there and special thank you for the lovely owner who kept checking am happy with all my services at all times that and made me feel so welcomed.

Thank you so much for an amazing two and half hours at your gorgeous spa. My wife and I had Royal Oriental Hammam and it was out of this world. Everything was perfect, from the online booking, professional, friendly staff and venue 10/10. Will be back again, highly recommended. The best spa in Sydney.

Very disappointed with the experience. I bought a package for my partner for her birthday and wish I had spent it elsewhere. They could not do the treatment properly. They opted to swap our therapists to solve the problem when it did not. The manager did not bother to come in till my partner suggested we leave. There was no apology. She tried to ameliorate the crappy experience by offering us a $30 voucher to return after paying her $480. So insulting. It's very below average. Don't waste your money on it. The owner will lie and try to justify her actions on top.
