My favorite pizza in Sydney. Toppings were fresh and given generously. Love the thin pizza base.

Let me tell you, this husband-and-wife team have been making pizzas for 26 years, and recently they put together for my brother and me a most lovely large pie of fresh tomato slices, fresh garlic, kalamata olives, razor-thin red onions (they caramelize when prepared like this), and a freckling of fresh parsley and basil -- all perfectly wood-fired and piping hot. This pizza's got love. Now--while your pie is in the oven--go get a nice bottle of Shiraz from the shop up the street, come back to Perry's, sit down, and commence to eating. But do not be SO greedy; share to show you care.
