Very nice staff. Other patrons are well mannered and patient too which is nice. The strength room is awesome, I think a bar jack wouldnt hurt as getting the weights on an off a bar when deadlifting is tricky when you are lifting heavier or are tired.

Don't go anywhere near them or they will hound you for MONTHS trying to get you to sign up for membership. Trying them out is NOT worth the hassle.

Great staff. Neat equipment and well kept. Prices are very affordable and they have a great range of classes all run very well.
