When myself and my friends went to this establishment to avail of their 24 chicken nuggets for $10 offer, we were met with an unempathetic frown. They informed us that the restaurant was not open to customers, but only to drive though.
We informed them our order would be for 96 chicken nuggets. They laughed in our hungry faces. They refused our desperate preorder for the golden treasures.
We were forced at this point to (on their recommendation) order a taxi to drive through, and upon ordering officially we were left waiting until the taxi accumulated 26 dollary doos fare. No apology was provided.
Poor service.
Will not nugg again.

A recent remodeling of both the drive thru and previously open air table sections has changed the look of the restaurant. However it's beepy and noisy on the inside. My order was good, fresh and table service can be asked for. Important for people with disabilities. I will never stand in a one lane queue for cashier attention. Manager catered for my personal service request really nicely.

The coffee is second to none, service is second to none I am there 3 times week just for coffee and a little sweet something to eat, sweet eats fantastic and so is bit of chat franchise owners really approachable really lovely couple.restrooms very clean at all times restaurant is clean exciting and enjoyable experience. Even though I generally avoid McDonalds (due to allergies), this is actually a really nice one with good new seats, plenty of ordering tablets, and really kind staff who know and welcome customers (particularly the lady who makes coffee).

Both of 'em mean as snakes, 22 senior couples went in and had each a $15 bill when one asked if they do the "free" seniors çoffee. Can you believe this, they said NO! They wondered why we all agreed to cancel our orders and go to Subway. That was great. Amazingly both tight fisted MacDonald's outlets refused a "Free" seniors coffee. All around Aussie we've been and Cairns and Geraldton are the two meanest. Of course they don't have to, but don't wonder why they lose heaps of business. Maccas cappacino coffee is most certainly the best. Come on Geraldton Maccas. Wake up...meanies!
