Nothing beats taking a dip at the beach at night while admiring the Brisbane city skyline and city lights. Definitely worth a visit for anyone exploring Brisbane city and Southbank.

Well u done nevers did sees a beach in the big city. But I done never did see any waves there. I needs the life fella guards there to helps me cos i don't dos the swims so well

Superb beach considering its location. Love hanging out there for a few hours on those hotter days. It's mostly freshwater too so not much salt to deal with! It can get a bit crowded sometimes though. And some people are a little too unconciencious of others and I have been hit by a few footballs and other things. It's a fun beach, but it's definitely not overly spacious.
