The worst insurance company ever, I have moved away from Vodafone because they partner with this company. Rude service, they will try to avoid your claim even it was genuine claim and your are entitle for it.

Used them a couple of times to repair screen damage and never had an issue.
Much easier to go straight to them rather than try to go through Virgin Mobile.
Repair time was about 2 weeks.

My son dropped his 'phone and I contacted Risk Insure to check the process to receive compensation. I spoke to Helen and she was extremely helpful, providing clear information and advice on the process. When we submitted the claim, Helen rang me to advise that I had made an error in the bank details provided and then apologised that the payment would be delayed by a day. I was very impressed with Helen's service and that Risk Insure employs local case managers. Well done and thanks, Helen.
