We have used EPS a couple of times and have had no problems and would recommend their service, although it would be more helpful if they had an out of hours phone contact.

Terrible service!
I decided to use this company to take me and my family to the airport as I was injured and wanted to travel in comfort.
My wife told me to go with suburban taxis, but I refused telling her that I wanted to make sure we had no complications, so I called 'Executive Passenger Service"
The phone operator assured me that I would have no problems with them and that a car would be at my house 4:20am sharp.
How happy do you think I was standing on the side of the road in the cold with my wife, two young kids, a broken Collar bone on the morning of our flight with no taxi in sight. We called the company but they do not have any out of hours phone service either (rediculous).
We called suburban taxis who saved the day and sent a cab directly.
As it was our morning ended up being a chaotic nightmare. It was the worst start to a holiday I have ever had.
I will never ever use these guys again. For what was meant to be a prestige service. Pathetic.
