Absolutely terrible service. This hotel is a SCAM and you better stay away from it.
The building was under construction, the photos did not match the rooms nor the lodge at all. My girlfriend and I booked a room from their website. When we arrived, the owner said they didn't have any (wtf) and the only way of booking a room was by telephone or fax (is it 2016 already?). WiFi was so slow I couldn't even fetch my emails to show him the booking confirmation (which included their exact adresse and phone number... how strange!). He finally gave us a card after INSULTING us and calling us liars.
Corridors smelled so bad we had to hold our t-shirts on our noses. The room was dirty and poorly equipped. The lobby boy who "helped us out" with our luggage instead came to tell my girlfriend (in Arabic, which she speaks fluently) to "get out of the room immediately" on a threatening tone. Seriously? Mind your own business!
That was enough. We gave the card back to the reception desk after a few minutes and we're never coming back. Hotel Saray in Bir Mourad Rais was way better in every way; and a little cheaper, too.
