Had my laptop stollen out of my car while having a drink by their pool side and all they could tell me was report it to the police and offered no assistance.

Their head of security was already at home by 5pm leaving only 2 security guards in a car park that can hold nearly 80 cars.

The lady at the front desk refused to escalate the matter to Senior Management even after I repeatedly told her I was not satisfied with their head of securities response.

A bit basic and not the cleanest place. Food so so. Just quite convenient.

Basic hotel with reasonable rooms and facilities. Could use some maintenance but it's still comfortable. Meals are just for necessities, including the breakfast.

Decent gym. Not too crowded if your timing is good

Very nice place to stay for business, holidays and even tourism. Rooms are well furnished and spacious, there is a swimming pool and a live band . Local Zambian food and other foods available. I had a great time and I must go again here when back to Zambia.
