I just returned from the BVI's from a sailing trip and used Dolphin for the second year in a row to get from St Thomas to Tortola and back. They did a great job both times in communicating the details for the taxi ride from the airport to Red Hook and what to expect when we arrived at the West End. The service was excellent and everything ran on schedule. Thanks to Greg and Olivia for coordinating everything and to Captain Tom for getting us back and forth safely and comfortably. He took a lot of extra care to make sure things went smoothly. I will absolutely use them again next year.

DO NOT BOOK!!!! The WORST experience. Currently on the boat with my family. The captain was an HOUR late from when we were told to be on the dock. And now stuck on the boat and can't get off waiting for customs. It's been 2 hours. We were meant to be at soggy dollar by 10am. It's noon.
THE WORST.
The woman mate, Jen is amazing and did everything she could to make the experience better. She gets 5 stars. The captain and the company get ZERO stars.

I recommend that you use another company for charters. I inquired about a day trip to the BVI's 3 months prior. Luckily I did not submit payment at that time as they didn't have enough people at that point for the charter. I emailed once again and they asked if we were flexible on some of our dates and we were. Didn't hear anything til we got to St. John where Greg texted me to call for a possible charter. Called and said he was busy w/ other customers & would call back for a charter the next day. When I didn't hear from him by that evening I texted him, in which he responded w/ a message that said send me a pic of our passports & then to send my credit card number. Shady.

Had a wonderful trip with KIM and Ann Marie! We chartered a trip with them to Jost Van Dyke to go to Soggy Dollar Bar and Foxy's. They have such positive friendly attitudes! Made our day so much fun! They were so great with our two grandson's. Ann Marie was so willing and helpful. She guided us and even showed the kids by snorkeling with us, where they could find things while snorkeling! Kim was so friendly!! She was an excellent Captain! She shared interesting stories with us and was very accommodating! Ann Marie and Kim made us feel like Family! Wonderful ladies! Thank you Kim and Ann Marie for a wonderful day! Blessings to both of you!
