90 degrees outside the bldg. Nice and cold inside; along with the drinks from the ice bar. Very cool. No pund intended.. Recommend!

Awesome place!!! Great after a hot day, manager really nice and informative. Only thing no shotglass included with purchase anymore but the rum was delicious

We planned ahead the visit to Magic Ice. It was a surprise for our niece. We packed our winter gloves and hats, and came in after visiting Blackbeard Castle and getting down the 99 stairs. We were the only tourist in the building. They give you a warm poncho. And at the end of the tour, the offer you (for free) a shot of Cruzan Rum. The glass made of ice, of course.
$21.00 USD/pp after a 90° temperature and a high humidity sensation, it´s worthy experience, plus the Ice Bar, awsome, and the neon lights.

Tourist trap. We had a good time when we visited, and the artistic ability of the ice carvers is definitely worth checking out. However, trip advisor and other reviews left me expecting more from this place. It's not a bad one time experience, but if you're on a time crunch (Cruise ship day stop) skip this and hit something else.
