I'm reviewing the restaurant not the hotel. I saw my waitress running across the road to service guests at the hotel across the road. Met a couple from NY and the couldn't get their bill for 20min because the guy downstairs was on his phone and no one manning the 2nd floor restaurant. Major understaff, hire more people.

If you can deal with that then food is great, drinks are great, and the Bloody Mary is perfect.
