The customer care is amazing. My son was going to college & they made sure that the vehicle I needed was ready, even though when I called the day before there wasn't anything back. Turns out I got something even better. They even allowed me to come in days before to look st the trunk spacing to ease my mind on what space I was working with to pack my son up and drive from Ny to Midwest. The only thing I wish Hertz would change is that they no longer accept Debit cards as of this January & I've always used a debit card for 3yrs. That was almost a huge determining factor of whether I use Hertz in the future since I don't have credit cards.

Awesome office. Everyone is great - I rent here often. Especially like the customer service from Ricardo.

Please do yourself a favor and refrain from renting a vehicle from this location. We made a reservation for 5pm and the representative didn't show up until 5:45. Making me late to my meeting. They also never answer the phone. I'm extremely upset.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hertz charged me $420 and they cannot even explain why. They charged me $20 a day in September and I disputed the charge from my credit card company because I DO NOT OWE THEM ANYTHING. Then I see they randomly charged me $420 in October. I politely left messages with employees there named Ricardo, Melissa and I even spoke to their "manager" April, who did NOT help me at all. She told me she will follow up with me the next day and never did. IF I OWED THEM ANYTHING THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME FIRST INSTEAD OF CHARGING ME. I called Hertz customer service to dispute their charge and they could not even tell me why they're charging me. So now it is under investigation til this day!! Any time I rented their raggity-cigarette-smelling-old cars (not by choice, my dealership always recommended them), I always returned them on time. If Hertz does not give me my money back I will sue! DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS unless you want them to charge you for no reason. I had better experiences when I rented with Enterprise.
