No ATM. No inside service. 30 minute wait time. Their computers kept freezing, Long lines due to SLOW service! They only have 1 person WORKING! 1 person.

Called this location and the older African American woman who answered my call had attitude and said she'd transfer me to the help I needed. She hung up. I called back and asked for her name. She didn't give it. She stated "I transferred you" and hung up again. I've been with BoA for years and will be cancelling my accounts with them.

No ATM. We were behind a car for 10 minutes drive through and when it was our turn they closed the drive through.

Horrible service, won't do money orders, no atm, only drive through can't do buisness inside.

They need an ATM at this location not just the Midwestern location. After all this is located downtown. Come on.
