Absolutely beautiful hotel, upscale, very clean and couldn't have better staff...they were all extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are modern, and large. The hotel has parking for a fee, well worth it! The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close proximity to all attractions.

The Cambria Hotel Convention Center is an excellent choice if you're looking for a clean, comfortable and reasonably-priced hotel. This newer hotel is conveniently located near a grocery store, coffee shop and a metro station. The views of DC are also spectacular in select rooms (I've stayed here on a couple of occasions). There is also a nice restaurant/bar on the main level. Will definitely return in the near future!

I'm quite disgusted with the level of customer service when it came to addressing the issue of several guys standing in the hallway 4:00 am in the morning. I called down to the office several times and to no avail. When I checked in the hotel, the service was superb but once the shift changed so did the level of service.

But I will strongly encourage my fraternity and anyone else I know traveling to the great city of D.C to stay somewhere else.

While the facility was fine, I left a necklace, over a foot long that was my fathers. I called the same day I checked out to be told I had to wait until after the weekend. I did. Called first thing Monday morning to be informed by housekeeping they did not have it and probably threw it away. It cannot be replaced. I am left devastated. It was something they could have easily held on to for 24 hours but rather chose not to. While it isn't their fault it was left, it would have been nice to be able to retrieve it again. Unfortunately, it would from a great experience to ruining my trip and what good is left to say or recommend?

First time at this hotel, but this hotel was better than any hotel i stayed at by far. Very accommodating. Room was very clean, no stains on carpet or bed or couch. The room was fresh and clean every day. no musty smell. No mold in bathroom, everything was modern and the view was beautiful. I would stay here again. Hotel was clean from the entrance to the top floor.
