Stayed here for a few days last week. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were a little small but super cute.I would definitely stay here again . Very clean.

Love this place. The only place we stay when in Sacramento. Small, cozy and charming. Staff is very helpful.

1) Your website is100% misleading when it comes to the parking situation. There is no indication that spaces are limited, and first come, first served. We flew across the country to attend a wedding and after 12 hours of travel had to park blocks away and walk back through an unfamiliar neighborhood.
2) your internet offering is subpar. We had to log in every time we needed to use our phone or laptop, to the point where our devices were rendered useless on your network, and we had to use our own internet service.
The only bright spot in our stay was Mar Lynn in the breakfast area.
You may want to consider additional breakfast offerings apart from microwave burritos if you’d like to be considered in the same league as the other choice hotels at which we’ve stayed.

Upside: Nice, clean, updated and convenient!
Downside: There is an internal courtyard that amplifies sound when there is activity (talking) so it can be a bit noisy when you are trying to rest/sleep. The property supplies earplugs in the room, so this must be a common complaint. Also, parking is very limited and they charge $10 per day.

This place is very nice! Lots of extras such as shoe mit and Bath and Body hair supplies and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Close to Ace of Spades and a nice walk.
