AJ has the best smoked salmon I have ever tasted. I am stunned at his attention to detail. I recommend him to anyone I know who is having a party. You will be blown away.

It's so rare to find such creative menus which carefully address a more healthful eating style while standing head and shoulders above anyone else in overall food taste and quality. From appetizers to meats, sauces, vegetables to desserts, we've always been so impressed with the simply outstanding flavors they infuse in each dish.
A "must try" for anyone who appreciates the art of eating well!

I ordered a piece of AJ's smoked salmon, and it's insanely delicious. We're actually planning a "salmon party" for the occasion of his next smoking. My boyfriend just had one of his work lunches catered by AJ and his entire office was thrilled with the food as well as the price. They are planning on switching to him for all of their lunches! I can't say enough about the quality of his food, the professionalism he exhibits, and his very competitive pricing. He's the best!!

I have used AJ's A Matter of Taste for a number of events. AJ exceeded my expectation every time! The menu options are many depending on your event and the food is outstanding both in terms of quality and variety. They are masters of smoked meats and salmon and offer perfect complimentary veg, pastry, and deserts. I will use them again and again.

I have to send a big "thank you" to AJ for the smoked salmon I got last week!
Here's the rundown:
1) Put half out for Thanksgiving with the traditional sour cream, capers, red onion, and baguette. My family LOVED it! (even those who "don't like salmon"!)
2) Ate some flaked over salad the next few days.
3) Last night, made a quiche - yum!
4) Finished it up today as salmon salad with a little mayo.
However, the biggest fan of the SS was my one year old, Finnegan. He ate it up like candy!!!
