This company came across very professional with great communication. Once down payment was given, it was as if they owners disappeared. They were reactive to my emails and calls and had know idea what was going on with my shirt order. They changed my shirt design without informing me. I paid to have woven labels on the shirt, that did not happen. The owners rarely take responsibility for delays and issues and only communicate when I reached out to them. Also, the t-shirts are printed in Ohio, this company is based in NY. Stay away
