7-Eleven

Stopped at this 7 Eleven about a half hour ago and the employee working told us we couldn't go in because he was just starting his break. Absolutely unacceptable. This store lost almost $75 in sales because this employee turned us and probably countless other people away.
Fortunately there was another 7 Eleven just a few blocks away that we were allowed to go into and the company still got the sale. The 2 women at this store were extremely nice and opened up a second register because they were busy, no doubt because Mr. Guy was not accepting customers.

I don't care if the floors are dirty, don't care if they don't have everything stocked how I want it... They are the nicest staff anywhere. The kindness they show to my autistic child every time he walks in, simply amazes me (and they have no idea of his disabilities). Most people shake their head and make us feel unwelcome. I get greeted with a big smile and warm hello regardless of who is behind the counter. Great job y'all

This store used to be my jam but it changed owners. I miss Troy, he always had the coffee area on point. He knew every customer's name, how you liked your coffee, your family's names, etc. Getting coffee here used to be an event. Then ownership changed hands, everyone was fired, and now a rotating door of underpaid overworked employees streams through. Don't bother getting to know anyone, they probably won't be here in a week.

Store is filthy... Frozen foods are left to set out for hours after being delivered. The floor is ALWAYS dirty and sticky by the Slurpee machine. Product not being filled...(ie: cups, straws etc.)
