Enrique communicates with language and by example, allowing students to feel the mind/body/breath connection. He understands anatomical structure, musculature and the mental demands we place on our bodies, regardless of readiness. He is a superior instructor.

Enrique is an amazing teacher who teaches the way he lives - gently, mindfully, and fully. He accommodates all levels and abilities so well. I practiced with him all through my pregnancy and he helped me all along. I've been elsewhere in town, but Enrique is my favorite yoga instructor hands down.

I have been going to this studio for two years now and I am very impressed with the level of instruction. Enrique is the real deal. His teaching is straight forward and detailed. His life is yoga and comes across in his teaching style. You don't rush through classes and he makes sure that even the greenest beginner is not pushed too fast. If you are looking for a complete yoga studio without a smoothie bar this is the place you should consider. Give it a try, I think you will like it.
