Lexington Rochester Airport Hotel

The management is terrible, very disappointing. Stayed here for 4 days and 5 nights for a conference and we had so many issues. Water started leaking in the room where we ate at, they wouldnt switch at all. There was a roach in one of the rooms, I woke up to a huge spider. The food was good so all wasnt lost.

A room on the weekdays is around $110.00 per night. They have a nice indoor swimming pool. This hotel is really nice and they have a bar/restaurant inside. The Rochester International Airport is right next door.

The room we stayed in was nice and clean but that is where the good ended. We saw and smelled mold in the stairwells and breakfast was a disaster. There was nothing at all to drink because they ran out of juice, milk, coffee, and the water has something gross floating in it.

I am hosting an event for the week and using the Ramada formally known as the Lexington and I can say they've been awesome!!!! Very professional, dealing with the changes demand, accommodating, and the list goes on. Thank you for helping make the AB Youth All American game a success.

The meeting room was nice. It was very clean and decorated in the sort of happy colors one wants in an all day seminar. The parking was a bit weird. There were still snow piles that took up a surprising number of spots, but only in part. There was enough clear space to make you think a spot was open, until you tried to pull in. Kinda strange. But very friendly staff and great room.
