Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Ugh this place is pretty gross. I had maybe a nose or pubic hair in my biscuit. I was kind and patiently waited for my order. While waiting the crew was arguing and they seemed to not know much about anything. It was the worst service ever. I will NEVER return to this bojangles.

This location is right by my work. I find it to be very hit-or-miss. Some days, you get great service and good food. The next day your order will be wrong and the tea will be so old you can't drink it. I really want to patronize this location but it is so wildly inconsistent that i think i am giving up.

Cashier didn't know what came with the family meals so we bought things we didn't need to. Bad customer service, good food. Although we were short a couple chicken tenders.

Their is an associate by the name Tyrone who is the BEST!! He works morning shift and has a very deep pleasant voice. Always professional, always have a pleasant deminor about himself. Service is wonderful and my food is always HOT and FRESH. Thank you so much for keeping wanting more of The BOJ😀

I paid $6.00 for 3 chicken wings and they were warm closer to cold then hot. What is it with this area and their bad customer service? I need y'all to get it together or stay home.
