This has been the best experience for me! Michele owner/instructor is just amazing! The BEST workout in a clean, friendly, safe place for everyone. The ladies are wonderful to workout with! This really is all ages 18 and over to some of us in our 50's and 60's... come check it out!!

This is such a fun class! Best workout I have ever done. I feel stronger, more flexible, and definitely more toned. Michele is a super positive and knowledgable instructor. The studio is modern and clean- great space to workout. Highly recommended!
